Delivery & Return
We offer free shipping to UK Mainland by Royal Mail 24/48, UK Mail, DPD, UPS, Whistel.
Once the item has been dispatched (within 2 working days) we will pass your item onto our courier service who will then aim to deliver your parcel within 48 hours (up to 2 business days). Delivery Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. If no one will be home to sign for the parcel, please provide delivery address details where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Please be advised that if you are not within the UK Mainland, postage charges and delivery times will vary depending on your location. We offer flat rate of £13.50 for all shipments to all other areas including most European countries, The Scottish Highlands or any offshore islands within the UK are subject to extra shipping charges. The goods can only be returned under the following conditions.
- The goods must be in a fully re-saleable state, being unopened with any original seals or shrink wrap in place.
- The goods must be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days of authorisation and the cost of the goods will be refunded.
- Free return or exchange only when items are faulty or there is any quality issue with the products.
Errors in ordering, should the customer order the wrong set of mats, colour or size then the customer must notify us within 24 hours. If we received notification after this period we may have to charge to rectify the order or the customer may have to ship the mats back to us and pay an additional shipping charge for us to resend the mats out.
You will be under a duty to take reasonable care to see that returned goods are well packaged, so to avoid damage in transit. An appropriate method of return should be used. All goods are returned at your own cost.
