Refund Policy for Nicoman.co.uk (Nicoman Ltd)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nicoman.co.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK statutory law.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nicoman.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund, exchange or credit. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nicoman.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that bespoke or customised items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
