Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer FREE* delivery on most orders over across the UK mainland. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

(The cut off time is 2pm for deliveries. I.e. If you order AFTER 2pm your 2-3 days starts the following day)

*Free delivery does not apply to certain flooring and garden products. The delivery charges for these items will be displayed on the checkout page, based on your delivery area.

Please note that there is an additional delivery charge for postcodes in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, including any offshore UK territory or remote areas. Our customer services team will be in touch to discuss the delivery options and the applicable charges.

We use a variety of delivery carriers such as FedEx, Parcel Force, Royal Mail, Evri and DPD to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery to PO Boxes & BFPO Addresses

We are happy to deliver to PO Box addresses and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. However, due to the unique nature of these delivery services, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing your order to ensure smooth processing.

For PO Box Addresses:

  • Delivery Limitations: PO Box addresses can only receive mail sent via Royal Mail services. Some couriers may not deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Delivery Time: Please note that delivery to PO Boxes may take longer than standard deliveries.

  • Action Required: Contact us at support@nicoman.co.uk or call 01234 567890 to confirm delivery options before placing your order.

For BFPO Addresses:

  • Service Availability: We can deliver to BFPO addresses, but please be aware that certain items may be restricted or prohibited.

  • Customs Declarations: Shipments to BFPO addresses require customs declarations, regardless of the item value.

  • Action Required: Reach out to us at support@nicoman.co.uk or call 01234 567890 to confirm delivery feasibility and provide necessary documentation before placing your order.

⚠️ Please Note: Not all of the items we sell are deliverable to PO Box or BFPO addresses. It is essential to contact us first so we can confirm whether your chosen products can be shipped.

International Shipping Policy:


We also ship to France, Italy, Germany, and Ireland. Delivery charges for these countries will be displayed at checkout.

For certain items, shipping charges may vary depending on the item’s quantity, weight, and size. In such cases, our team will contact you to provide revised shipping charges before dispatching your order.
