Refund policy


Return and Refund Policy for Nicoman.co.uk (Nicoman Ltd)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nicoman.co.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK statutory law.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please either log in to your online account and submit a return request or contact us at info@nicoman.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund, exchange or credit. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you do not have access to a printer, please write the information requested on the Return Form on a separate sheet of paper and include it inside the parcel.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nicoman.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Custom Cut & Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom-cut, personalised, or made-to-measure items are created specifically to your requested dimensions. Because these products cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for these items unless there has been an error on our part.

We will only offer a replacement or refund for made-to-measure items if:

  • We supplied the incorrect size,
  • We made an error in the cutting or production process,
  • Or the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you believe a mistake has occurred, please contact us at info@nicoman.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

General Returns
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. This includes packaging and shipping fees.
Heavy Items (Above 20kg)
  • Collection Service: For items weighing more than 20kg, we offer a collection service for a fee.
  • Return Quote: Please contact us with your order details to receive a return quote specific to your item’s weight, dimensions, and number of parcels.
Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request
Log in to your online account and open a return request, or contact us at info@nicoman.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Approval & Instructions
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any relevant information required for the return.

3. Return the Item
Items must be securely packaged and returned in their original packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Important Information
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return and issue a refund after receiving the returned items.

Please Note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the item for any defects prior to using the item and inform our customer support team immediately if any defects are found.

The bespoke or customised items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery, the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. This charge may vary depending on the product and courier service used.

International Returns (Ireland, France, Germany, Italy)


For orders shipped outside of the UK, including to Ireland, France, Germany, and Italy, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage or arrange return collections.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process

Please ensure all international returns are sent with postage and any applicable duties fully paid. Items must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition.
Returns that arrive with unpaid postage or customs charges may be refused or have associated costs deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for your return, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
