Nicoman Discount Code Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to promotional and discount codes issued by Nicoman Ltd for use on nicoman.co.uk, unless different terms are specifically stated with the promotion.
- Eligibility – Discount codes are available to eligible customers purchasing through the Nicoman website and are subject to any conditions stated with the individual promotion.
- How to Apply – Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout before completing the order. Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
- Validity Period – Discount codes are valid only for the period stated with the promotion. Where an expiry date is provided, the code cannot be used after that date.
- One Code Per Order – Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional or discount code may be used per order and codes cannot be combined.
- Excluded Products – Certain products, collections, brands, clearance items, sale items, custom-made products, trade orders or other promotional products may be excluded from discount codes. Any specific exclusions will be stated where applicable.
- Minimum Spend – Some discount codes may require a minimum order value. Where applicable, the required minimum spend will be stated with the promotion.
- Discount Application – Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply to the eligible product value only and do not apply to delivery, installation, custom cutting, additional services or other charges.
- Returns & Refunds – Where an item purchased using a discount code is returned, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid for the item after the discount was applied, subject to our standard Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
- Partial Returns – If returning part of an order means the remaining order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion, such as a minimum spend or quantity requirement, we reserve the right to recalculate the applicable discount where permitted by law.
- Cancelled Orders – Where an order is cancelled, the discount code may not automatically become available for reuse. Please contact us if you experience any issues reusing an eligible code.
- Availability & Stock – Discount codes do not guarantee product availability. All orders remain subject to stock availability.
- Customer-Specific Codes – Codes issued directly to an individual customer may be restricted to that customer and may not be transferred, shared, reproduced or resold.
- Misuse – We reserve the right to reject or cancel the use of a discount code where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, incorrectly, in breach of these terms, or as a result of a technical or pricing error.
- Cash Alternative – Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.
- Changes & Withdrawal – We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotional code where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already validly completed using the code, subject to applicable law.
- Specific Promotional Terms – Individual discount codes may have additional conditions, including specific products, customers, minimum spends, maximum discounts, usage limits or validity periods. Where specific promotional terms are provided, those terms will apply alongside these general terms.
- Statutory Rights – Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
- Contact Us – If you experience any problems applying a valid discount code, please contact the Nicoman customer service team before completing your order.
Nicoman Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of promotional codes before accepting an order.
Google Promotional Discounts
From time to time, customers may see promotional discounts or special offers for Nicoman products displayed through Google Shopping, Google Ads or other Google services.
These offers may be generated, funded or applied by Google and are separate from promotional codes or discounts offered directly by Nicoman Ltd.
- Google-Specific Offers – Google promotional discounts may only be available to eligible customers who access the product through the relevant product listing, advertisement or promotional link displayed on Google.
- Automatic Application – Where applicable, the Google discount may be applied automatically after clicking through the qualifying Google product link. The same offer may not be available when visiting Nicoman.co.uk directly.
- Eligibility – Eligibility for Google-generated discounts is determined by Google and may vary between customers, products, locations or promotional periods.
- Nicoman Price Matching – As these discounts are provided or generated through Google, Nicoman Ltd is not obliged to match or manually apply the same discount to orders placed directly through our website or through other sales channels.
- Cannot Be Added Retrospectively – Google promotional discounts cannot normally be manually added by Nicoman after an order has been placed.
- Other Discount Codes – Unless specifically stated, Google promotional discounts cannot be combined with Nicoman discount codes or other promotional offers.
- Availability – Google offers may be changed, withdrawn or expire according to Google's own promotional terms and availability.
- Returns & Refunds – Where a Google discount has been applied, any refund will normally be based on the actual amount paid by the customer, subject to our Returns Policy and statutory rights.
If you see a Google promotional price or discount, please access the product through the relevant Google listing or promotional link to receive the offer. Nicoman cannot guarantee that the same discount will be available when accessing the product directly through our website.
